Those that meet this criteria are deemed eligible and coded as such. This Title 22 section also lists two additional criteria related to tract recordation and parcel ownership - these were not analyzed due to the great difficulty in doing so.</SPAN></P><P><SPAN STYLE="font-weight:bold;">UPDATE HISTORY:</SPAN></P><UL><LI><P><SPAN STYLE="font-weight:bold;">12/2/25 - QC'd results, copied dissolved layer into SDE.</SPAN></P></LI><LI><P><SPAN>11/26/25 - Extracted parcel analysis and began new analysis (per staff suggestions, this layer was discontinued in 2023, however, in November, 2025, it was requested to re-create this. Previously used models were modified and the analysis re-ran.</SPAN></P></LI></UL></DIV></DIV></DIV>
