Parcels selected out based on queried zoning layer (R-1, R-A & R-1 equivalent Specific Plan categories). Models were then run to append the zoning, land use policy and specific plan information (and percent covered for the multiple categories) and fields for flagging the individual constraints. Models developed in 'SB9' ArcGIS Pro project to code these.
