Description: This a layer of matching parcels to the table showing a list of properties that are subject to the Tax Collector's Power to Sell which may be eligible for a Chapter 8 Sale by Agreement. Excel table entitled 'STPTS-SDTR List Parcels by Sup Dist 03-03-16.xlsx' was sent to us by the Assistant Treasurer and Tax Collector. This table was extracted from the 'GIS_Export' tab which combined the list of parcels from all 5 Supervisorial Districts--this is in the 'support' folder. Additionally a Power Point that explains Chapter 8 sales are also in the 'support' folder. Some parcels did not match and are flagged with the 'GIS_RELATE' field.
