Description: Iterative layers that produce the final flood zone analysis for the Safety Element of the General Plan. This will be a list of parcels / cases / streets, as well as accompanying maps. The numbered list below corresponds to the number in the naming convention:Exported from the unincorporated parcels (current as of February, 2014) that are being used as part of the Master Parcel List update. Also has fields that identify which parcels have structures on it ; this information is from both the 2008 GIS Building Outline layer and the parcels with a Year Built of greater than or equal to 2008 (for these parcels, it was checked against the imagery if there was a structure in the Flood Plain).2008 Buildings (from LAR-IAC2) selected out by FEMA Flood Zones.Layer 2 buildings clipped by the Flood Zones.Converted Layer 3 to points. Selected out from Layer 1 where there were no LAR-IAC Buildings, but Assessor showed there were structures; converted to points, moved to physical location of strucuture, and added those points to this layer as well. Near function will be applied to this for final map.Clipped CASE_INFORMATION layer from SDE by Flood Zones. Added some fields to flag those cases that did not have a decision date, or had a decision date after 1980; any cases with a decision date before 1980 were deleted.Selected out certain case types from layer 5 (see email from Soyeon on 3/18/14), and only those that were Approved.Clipped out SUBDIVISION ACTIVITY for flood zones - added 'CASE_' field so it can be joined to the Cases layer later..Converted layers 6 and 7 to points - added 'Source' field to identify the GIS source of each. Removed a couple points that were duplicate case numbers between the cases and subdivisions. Deleted those within Incorporated Cities.
