Sensitive Uses include schools, dwelling units, playgrounds, nursing homes, hospitals and licensed day care facilities.UPDATE HISTORY:1/20/22 - Layer created6/1/22 - Layer was updated to remove non-conforming residential Assessor uses from within an industrial zone, which reduced some of the buffers within Avocado Heights, East Los Angeles, West Rancho Dominguez-Victoria, and Willowbrook.7/5/22 - Added one additional school that was missed previously (a High School and Charter School within SW Comm College in W. Athens), and added to the buffering there.
