Using the data layers for Sensitive Uses that were used in the Green Zones ordinance, these are the 500' buffers from sensitive uses within Green Zone Districts. Sensitive Uses include schools, dwelling units, playgrounds, nursing homes, hospitals and licensed day care facilities.UPDATE HISTORY:1/20/22 - Layer created6/1/22 - Layer was updated to remove non-conforming residential Assessor uses from within an industrial zone, which reduced some of the buffers within Avocado Heights, East Los Angeles, West Rancho Dominguez-Victoria, and Willowbrook.7/5/22 - Added one additional school that was missed previously (a High School and Charter School within SW Comm College in W. Athens), and added to the buffering there. |
