This is a layer of parcels within 1,000 feet of unincorporated areas. Residential uses was extracted from the Assessor parcels for UseType = 'Residential' (excluding vacant parcels). Additionally, parcels with UseType = 'Government' And OwnerName LIKE \"Housing\" were added (July, 2022). It was then dissolved to form the block faces; the 'create multi-part polygons' was not checked. Also, there are no additional attribute information, just blocks.<\/SPAN><\/P>

  • 2/7/17 - extracted Residential uses from parcel base and dissolved.<\/SPAN><\/P><\/LI>

  • 12/3/18 - extracted Residential uses from parcels that were current as of 11/28/18. In this query, vacant parcels were not included (UseType = 'Residential' AND UseCode NOT LIKE '%V').<\/SPAN><\/P><\/LI>

  • 7/3/22 - updated data layer with parcels from June, 2022, this time only including parcels within 1,000 feet of an unincorporated area (previous versions were countywide). Also, Government Housing was added.<\/SPAN><\/P><\/LI>
