The PASD establishes a new regulatory framework in Title 22, and covers both area-wide development standards and zone-specific standards.  Community Standards Districts (CSDs), Setback Districts, Equestrian Districts, and Significant Ridgelines are also incorporated into this PASD regulatory framework.  <\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN>The geography of this layer is defined by unincorporated areas within the Planning Area, as these Area Plans get updated.
