Those that meet this criteria are deemed eligible and coded as such. This Title 22 section also lists two additional criteria related to tract recordation and parcel ownership - these were not analyzed due to the great difficulty in doing so.UPDATE HISTORY:12/2/25 - QC'd results, copied dissolved layer into SDE.11/26/25 - Extracted parcel analysis and began new analysis (per staff suggestions, this layer was discontinued in 2023, however, in November, 2025, it was requested to re-create this.
